Forgot to mention on Thursday, but we’re having a Halloween party … hope some of you can make it! (Other halves welcome!) It takes place at mine on Saturday, 29th October 6.00 pm until everyone has had enough. There is a pumpkin carving competition and we’ve invited the local school at Newbold to provide a hearty autumn supper of jacket potato with various fillings followed by a traditional school pudding of the sponge variety! £5 all of which goes to their funds. Please bring your own drinks and come in fancy dress if you dare! All entertainment is d.i.y. so

We also want you to join in our entertainment so be prepared to sing, dance or stand on your head!
